DMX Arrested Again; Cocaine Found

DMX has slipped again as the rapper was arrested yesterday ( March 9 ) for violating probation after being caught with cocaine in his possession. Earl Simmons, which is the legal name of the rapper, is being held in the Maricopa County jail waiting to see the judge.
The sheriff of Maricopa County Joe Arpaio, hopes that DMX goes to prison this time.
“We would hope that he is finally sent to prison. We’ve arrested him five times already. How many times do you have to violate the law? We’ve been treating him with kid gloves. I think its about time to give him hard time.”
X’s lawyer Gary Jenkins blames serious drug addiction for the rappers recent arrest.
“He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment,” Jenkins stated. “We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him. He’s a talented man…we’re praying for him.”
DMX faces an unusual five counts of probation violation more details to come….
