Battery Charges Against Jim Jones Dropped

Florida’s State Attorney Office has dropped battery charges against rapper Jim Jones today (February 26).
The rapper and members of his entourage were accused of assaulting a local teenager after a spring break concert in Panama City, Florida some time in March of last year. A group of men were caught on camera beating Damion Johns in a parking lot area of the Boardwalk Beach Resort. After the scuffle was over and the camera caught better shots of the men, it was clear that Jim Jones and his friends were the men involved.
Prosecutors charged the rapper with simple battery, but decided to drop the charges because of insufficient evidence.
In the video below, Jones is seen actually breaking up the fight. This tape was used as evidence.
